Cambium at Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa, Brokenhurst
Careys Manor is a wonderful New Forest hotel, with exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and some seriously good food. The local cheeses were excellent and there was plenty to enjoy in Cambium’s £20.50 Ploughman’s. But with ingredients and hospitality this good, a few surprisingly simple changes could make it something really special.
